Summary: | The invention discloses a soft package battery thermal packaging method which comprises the following steps: S1, placing a battery cell in an unpackaged aluminum plastic film pit body, buckling an aluminum plastic film along the edge of the pit body, and exposing tab glue of the battery cell out of the aluminum plastic film; s2, top sealing is carried out; s3, performing heat sealing on the outer side of the battery cell to form a preheating seal; s4, injecting an electrolyte; s5, sealing to form an air exhaust seal; s6, activating the battery; and S7, final heat sealing is conducted.
