The invention discloses a thread anti-loosening system, and belongs to the field of machine manufacturing. Comprising a screw shaft capable of installing a to-be-fixed part, a locking nut and a locking check ring. A small-modulus external spline is arranged on a thread of the screw shaft; a threaded groove matched with the threads on the screw shaft and a space capable of containing the stop check ring are formed in the locking nut. A small-modulus internal spline matched with the small-modulus external spline on the screw shaft is arranged in the locking check ring, and a first limiting mechanism for limiting circumferential movement of the locking check ring is arranged between the locking nut and the locking check ring. The locking nut is provided with a second limiting mechanism for preventing the locking check ring from axially moving.
