Summary:Provided is a transparent conductive substrate having excellent bending resistance in addition to good optical characteristics and electrical characteristics. The transparent conductive substrate comprises a transparent base material and the transparent conductive film which is formed on at least one main surface of the transparent base material and contains a binder resin and conductive fibers, and the straightness of a cut portion of the transparent base material is 0.050 mm or less. The transparent substrate is preferably a long resin film or a resin film cut from a long strip, and is folded with a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long strip as a bending axis. 本发明提供一种除了良好的光学特性、电特性之外耐弯曲性也优异的透明导电基体。一种透明导电基体,包含透明基材和上述形成在透明基材的至少一个主面上的、含有粘合剂树脂和导电性纤维的透明导电膜,上述透明基材的截断部分的直线度为0.050mm以下。透明基材优选为长条树脂膜或者由长条裁出的树脂膜,且以与长条的长度方向垂直的方向作为弯曲轴进行折叠。
