The invention provides a biological preservation solution which is composed of an equilibrium solution, a vitrification solution and N thawing solutions, and N is a positive integer not less than 2. According to the biological preservation solution disclosed by the invention, the content of the impermeable cryoprotectant in the vitrification solution is controlled to be higher than that of the impermeable cryoprotectant in the equilibrium solution; the content of the permeable cryoprotectant in the vitrification liquid is higher than that of the permeable cryoprotectant in the equilibrium liquid; the contents of the impermeable cryoprotectants in different thawing liquids are different and are gradually reduced along with the N times of thawing processes.
