The invention relates to an assembly table for a cold press. The assembly table structurally comprises a steel platform, a stand column, a tray, a lifting control mechanism, a roller limiting mechanism and the like. The steel platform is used for bearing a tray and an assembly veneer, penetrating holes are formed in the four corners of the steel platform, and an elastic rolling bearing frame is arranged on the bottom face of the steel platform. The stand columns penetrate through the penetrating holes in the four corners of the steel platform, and limiting grooves are formed in the side faces of the stand columns. The lifting control mechanism is used for controlling lifting of the stand column. The roller limiting mechanism comprises a roller frame and a roller; and the roller surface of the roller is embedded into the track groove of the upright post.
