The method specifically comprises the following steps that S1, intersection points of all polylines are found on a geological profile map, the polylines are segmented at the intersection points, vertexes and the intersection points of all the polylines are obtained, and an adjacency chain table is constructed; s2, expanding the adjacency chain table based on the intersection points, removing repeated line segments, and establishing a new topological relation; s3, on the basis of the new topological relation, automatically connecting polylines based on a breadth-first algorithm to form an initialized graph for finite element analysis; and S4, performing adjacent point simplification and adjacent edge angle simplification on the initialized graph to obtain an optimized profile graph for finite element analysis.
