The invention provides a preparation method of a bisphenol-B polyarylester material, which comprises the following steps: adding bisphenol-B, sodium hydroxide and benzyltriethylammonium chloride into water, stirring and mixing to obtain a transparent solution; slowly dropwise adding a dichloromethane solution in which isophthaloyl chloride and paraphthaloyl chloride are dissolved into the uniformly dispersed transparent solution for reaction to obtain a polymerization solution; standing, precipitating and filtering the polymerization solution in methanol; and grinding, washing and drying the precipitate to obtain the bisphenol-B polyarylester material.
