The invention provides an ore size fraction parallel pre-separation process which comprises the following steps: crushing and screening raw ore to obtain ores of-90mm and + 90mm, washing the ores of-90mm, grading and screening to obtain ores of-1mm, 1mm-10mm and 10mm-90mm, and feeding the ores of-1mm into a spiral chute separation process to obtain spiral chute separation concentrate and spiral chute separation tailings; the ore with the size of 1-10 mm enters a dense medium separation process, and dense medium separation concentrate and dense medium separation tailings are obtained; the ore with the size of 10-90 mm enters an X-ray separation process, and X-ray separation concentrate and X-ray separation tailings are obtained; and the X-ray separation tailings enter an X-ray intelligent separation reverse throwing process, and reverse throwing concentrate and reverse throwing tailings are obtained.
