The invention discloses an accurate matching method applied to a work order task and an operation event report of a nuclear power plant. The accurate matching method can meet the requirement that a work preparation person of the nuclear power plant accurately obtains important operation event report information which occurs historically and is related to the currently prepared work order task in the work order task preparation process. Comprising the following steps of 1, constructing a business logic rule and constructing a semantic similarity rule; and step 2, correcting the score by the weight value. The method has the advantages that the historical operation event report can be accurately fed back to the work order task preparation stage of the work management process, accurate pushing of experience feedback information is achieved, manpower and time for searching operation event report information are saved, the burden of work order preparation engineers is relieved, and the work management efficiency is
