The invention provides a composite material and functional module integrated structure and a forming method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) paving a first layer of outer skin prepreg in a forming mold; (2) coating the surface of the functional module with a medium-temperature adhesive film layer, and then paving the functional module on the first layer of outer skin prepreg; (3) paving a second layer of outer skin prepreg on the functional module; (4) paving a honeycomb layer on the second layer of outer skin prepreg, and paving at least two layers of inner skin prepreg on the honeycomb layer; and (5) heating and curing the structure paved in the step (4), cooling to normal temperature after curing is completed, heating for secondary heating, and finally cooling to normal temperature for demolding.
