Summary: | The invention discloses a primer combination and a method for identifying the biological source of chondroitin sulfate by using the primer combination. The primer combination comprises at least one primer pair, the primer pair comprises an upstream primer and a downstream primer, and the upstream primer is selected from one or more of nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 7 and SEQ ID NO: 9; the downstream primer is selected from one or more of nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 8 and SEQ ID NO: 10.
