The invention relates to the technical field of thermoplastic elastomer material production, and discloses a vulcanized composition, an EPDM-based vulcanized rubber composition, vulcanized rubber and a preparation method and application thereof, the vulcanized composition contains more than two of a main vulcanizing agent, an auxiliary vulcanizing agent A and an auxiliary vulcanizing agent B which are stored in a mixed manner or independently stored, relative to 1 part by weight of the main vulcanizing agent, the content of the auxiliary vulcanizing agent A is 1.4-6.5 parts by weight, and the content of the auxiliary vulcanizing agent B is 0.4-1.5 parts by weight; wherein the main vulcanizing agent is selected from at least one of dicumyl peroxide, di (tert-butylperoxy) isopropyl benzene and 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di (tert-butylperoxy) hexane, and the auxiliary vulcanizing agent is selected from at least one of dibutyl peroxide isopropyl benzene, di (tert-butylperoxy) isopropyl benzene and 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di (
