Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of catalyst preparation, and relates to an anti-wear high-yield low-carbon olefin catalyst and a preparation method thereof.The catalyst comprises, on the basis of the dry basis, 10%-60% by weight of a cracking activity component, 20%-60% by weight of a binder and 0%-70% by weight of second clay; wherein on the basis of the dry basis weight of the binder, the binder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 50 percent of zirconium sol, 50 to 99 percent of phosphorus-aluminum inorganic binder and 0 to 45 percent of third binder. The preparation method of the catalytic cracking catalyst comprises the following steps: forming slurry from the cracking active component, the binder, water and optional clay, and carrying out spray drying. The catalyst has better wear resistance and can be used for producing low-carbon olefin by catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil.
