The integrated intelligent mobile blood collecting vehicle comprises a vehicle body in a cuboid shape, a rotating cavity and a pipe outlet cavity are formed in the upper side of the vehicle body, a packaging cavity is formed in the position, under the rotating cavity, of the interior of the vehicle body, and the upper end of the packaging cavity communicates with the bottom of the rotating cavity through a lower pipe opening; the upper side of the rotating cavity is provided with a pipe inlet, a second rotating cover is rotationally arranged at the pipe inlet, the lower end of the packaging cavity is open and provided with a first rotating cover, and the front side of the vehicle body is further provided with a PLC and a code scanning assembly used for scanning and reading patient information. The automatic marking and tube discharging assembly automatically marks the test tubes, the test tubes are guided out to a tube taking opening to be conveniently taken by nurses, the nurses scan labels on the test tubes
