The present invention relates to a biological cell purification equipment and its method. When said equipment is operated, the sewage in which large-particle suspended matter is filtrated is fed intothe biological cell tank equipment from its inlet; an then the electrode net is powered by its pwoer supply to form an artificial electric field to regulate oxidation-reduction potential; and under the action of biological cell the phycomycete mats adhered to the biological cell chip can make the harmful gas of the sewage and oxygen gas in the air exchange and make the harmful substances degrade so as to purify sewage.
