Effective matching and combination are carried out in advance according to the test experience of previous testers and different test requirements, and whether other load gears under the same load power need to be switched or not can be judged according to the actual use condition of each gear load, so that each load gear under the same power can be used in a balanced manner; and the service life of the load gear contactor is prolonged. 本发明提出一种基于专家系统的干式负载装置档位配置及切换方法，基于专家系统提前配置档位组合，实时根据需要来切换负载档位来实现发电机组的测试。根据以往测试人员的测试经验和不同的测试要求来进行提前有效的匹配组合，并能依照各档位负载的实际使用情况来判断是否需要切换相同负载功率下的其他负载档位，使得每个相同功率下的负载档位都能得到均衡的使用，延长负载档位接触器的使用寿命。
