Summary: | The invention provides a non-linear ultrasonic guided wave parameter-free damage identification method and system based on frequency fusion. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the optimal excitation frequency of a target detection area; according to the optimal excitation frequency, obtaining response signals when a plurality of symmetrical frequencies in the positive and negative intervals of the optimal frequency are used as excitation frequencies; obtaining a nonlinear damage index corresponding to each excitation frequency according to the second harmonic and the third harmonic of each response signal; obtaining a probability graph of each excitation frequency by using a probability test reconstruction imaging method; overlapping all probability images to obtain a final imaging result, and taking a point with the maximum probability in the final imaging result as a damage positioning point; according to the method, the influence of the optimal excitation frequency on the algorithm is weak |
