Summary: | The invention provides a real-time parameter identification method for a first-order model of a building to which an air conditioner belongs. The first-order model of the building to which the air conditioner belongs is constructed; obtaining air conditioner load characteristic data and to-be-identified parameters in a preset time period in the target range, and performing preprocessing; identifying the parameters to be identified for the first time by using a standard least square method; acquiring and preprocessing air conditioner load characteristic data at the next moment of the preset time period; on the basis of the first identification result, adopting a recursive auxiliary variable method to carry out second identification on the to-be-identified parameters; and updating the first-order model of the building to which the air conditioner belongs in real time based on the second identification result.
