The invention provides a large-size die cutting part and metal part automatic assembling all-in-one machine which comprises a machine table. The machine table is provided with a feeding and discharging station, a rotary workbench, two or more first material stripping devices, material taking and placing devices correspondingly matched with the first material stripping devices, and first detection devices correspondingly matched with the material taking and placing devices. The rotating workbench comprises a first rotating disc, a first driving mechanism for driving the first rotating disc to rotate, a first jig arranged on the first rotating disc, a first material suction mechanism matched with the first jig and a first gas path sliding ring matched with the first material suction mechanism. The large-size die cutting part and the metal part are automatically assembled, operation is easy, convenient and fast, manpower and time are effectively saved, efficiency is high, assembling precision is high, production
