Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of nutritional, healthy and balanced salt, which comprises the following steps: (1) refined salt treatment: putting refined salt into a 60 DEG C constant-temperature drying box for 1.5-2 hours, drying until the moisture content in the refined salt is less than or equal to 0.1%, then putting into a crusher, crushing for 5-8 minutes, and further performing superfine crushing; (2) preparation of oyster powder: calcining the oyster powder in a constant-temperature box at 200 DEG C for 2-3 hours, putting the calcined oyster powder into a crusher, crushing for 8-12 minutes, and further performing superfine crushing; and (3) weighing 83-86 parts of the refined salt prepared in the step (1) and 14-17 parts of the oyster powder prepared in the step (2), then fully mixing for 10-20 minutes by using a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain the nutritional, healthy and balanced salt.
