Summary:The invention discloses an ethanol gradient extraction process and application of the ethanol gradient extraction process in plant extraction. The extraction process comprises the following steps: 1) crushing plants to 200 meshes or more; (2) soaking the crushed plants into deionized water, and adding ethanol for multiple times, so as to extract the plants for 3-5 hours through different ethanol concentration gradients; and 3) combining the extracting solutions, and performing rotary evaporation and concentration to obtain the plant extract.
