Summary: | The present invention relates generally to the field of model-based planning, maintenance, management and optimization of a production method in a production plant comprising a plurality of plant components of limited service life, wherein the production process consists of a plurality of sub-processes and comprises at least one replacement or cleaning step of the lifespan-limited plant components. In particular, the solution according to the invention is used to optimize the production of compounds and/or formulations thereof as a result of a production process comprising more than one sub-process. The solution according to the invention also relates to a technical scheme for determining cause analysis of influencing parameters of production.
