Summary:The invention relates to a sensor device (01) for determining a rotational angular position of a rotatable shaft (02). The sensor device (01) comprises a primary gear (03) coaxially coupled to the rotatable shaft (02) and a secondary gear (04) arranged to be rotatably coupled to the primary gear (03). The sensor arrangement (01) further comprises: two targets (06, 07), each of which is arranged on a transverse face of the primary gear (03) or a transverse face of the secondary gear (04); and two rotational angle sensors (08, 09) which are arranged on the circuit board (05) in close proximity to the primary gear (03) and the secondary gear (04). The angle of the primary gear (03) and the angle of the secondary gear (04) are determined and forwarded as angle signals to an evaluation unit (10) arranged on a circuit board.
