The invention discloses a medical data processing method and device, a storage medium and electronic equipment, and can at least partially solve the technical problem that the data processing effect of a model is negatively influenced due to insufficient training samples in the prior art. According to the medical data processing method, multiple amplification strategies are evaluated, and the target strategy suitable for amplification is determined from the multiple amplification strategies. Then, a target strategy is adopted to amplify the target sample set, and a training sample set is obtained; as the target strategy is determined based on the evaluation result in the multiple amplification strategies, on one hand, the number of samples contained in the training sample set obtained through amplification of the target strategy is not too insufficient; and on the other hand, the hidden danger that amplified samples contained in the method cause negative effects on training of the medical prediction model is
