According to the measuring device, low-fluidity paste slurry can flow out from the lower opening of the funnel by utilizing vacuum negative pressure, and the relative viscosity of the paste slurry to be measured can be accurately measured by recording the time required for flowing out a certain volume of paste slurry and comparing the time with standard time, so that the measuring device can be well used for measuring and evaluating the apparent viscosity of the paste slurry at 50-175 mPa.s.
