Summary: | The invention discloses a culture medium composition for gingko regeneration. The culture medium composition comprises a gingko leaf induction callus culture medium, a gingko adventitious bud elongation culture medium and a gingko rooting culture medium, the ginkgo leaf callus induction culture medium comprises an MS culture medium, 4-8 g/L of agar, 25-32 g/L of cane sugar, 0.08-0.15 mg/L of IAA and 0.06-0.10 mg/L of IBA; the gingko adventitious bud elongation culture medium comprises an MS culture medium, 4-8 g/L of agar, 25-32 g/L of cane sugar, 0.25-0.40 mg/L of IBA and 0.06-0.12 mg/L of zeatin. The gingko rooting culture medium comprises a 1/2 MS culture medium, 4-8 g/L of agar, 25-32 g/L of cane sugar, 0.20-0.30 mg/L of IBA and 0.2-0.4 mg/L of NAA.
