Summary: | The invention discloses a special dispersing agent for water-based printing ink, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of benzyl resin, 10 to 20 parts of polyether polyol, 10 to 20 parts of polyester polyol and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a catalyst, and the polyether polyol is prepared by reacting 2, 2-bis (hydroxymethyl)-1, 3-propylene glycol allyl ether, an epoxy compound and an initiator. The benzyl resin dispersant obtained by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation method, no need of high temperature and high pressure, low polymerization difficulty, simple polymerization of polyether polyol, suitableness for dispersion of inorganic dyes, and maintenance of good glossiness.
本发明公开了一种水性印刷油墨专用分散剂,包括下述重量份组成:苯马树脂:100~200份、聚醚多元醇:10~20份、聚酯多元醇:10~20份、催化剂:0.1~0.5份,所述聚醚多元醇由2,2-双(羟基甲基)-1,3-丙二醇烯丙醚、环氧化合物、引发剂反应而成。本发明得到的苯马树脂分散剂具有较为简单的制备方法,不需要高温高压,聚合难度较低,以及在聚醚多元醇的聚合上也较为简单,同时其适用于无机染料的分散,并且能够保持其较好的光泽度。 |
