Summary: | The invention relates to a device for preparing zinc powder from zinc-containing electric furnace ash and a technological process, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy. The process comprises the following steps: mixing electric furnace ash with semi-coke or coke powder, and briquetting; then introducing into a vacuum rotary kiln for reduction reaction; cooling the flue gas generated by the reduction reaction through a vacuum condenser, an inertial dust collector and a bag-type dust collector in sequence; zinc powder formed by cooling is collected in ash buckets of a vacuum condenser, an inertial dust collector and a bag-type dust collector and packaged and sealed to serve as finished zinc; and taking out kiln slag in the rotary kiln as a cement raw material. The technical problem that zinc-containing electric furnace ash pollutes the environment is solved, and recycling of the zinc element is achieved.
