The isolation cabin ventilation system comprises an air supply trunk, an air feeder, a plurality of deck ventilation channels, an air exhaust trunk and an exhaust fan. The air supply trunk comprises an air inlet, an air supply channel and a plurality of air supply outlets, and the air inlet is communicated with the outside of the isolation cabin.
