The invention relates to a liquefied air and new energy coupling circulating energy storage device system and method. The device system comprises an air compression unit, an air liquefaction energy storage unit, a hydrogen energy storage unit, a combustion power generation unit and a mechanical power generation unit. The air compression unit and the air liquefaction energy storage unit are sequentially connected in the liquid air preparation direction. The air liquefaction energy storage unit and the hydrogen energy storage unit are both connected with the combustion power generation unit. The air compression unit comprises an interstage cooling unit; and a compression device in the interstage cooling unit is coaxially connected with a step-up gear box of a fan and/or a water turbine in the mechanical power generation unit.
