The invention provides a method for repairing a thermocouple compensation wire on an airplane. The method comprises the following steps: determining a damage position of the thermocouple compensation wire; shearing the thermocouple compensation lead to enable the cross section of the thermocouple compensation lead to be flush; and the thermocouple compensation lead is crimped through a shielding crimping head. According to the repairing method, the continuity of the thermocouple compensation wire serving as the sensor is not damaged after repairing, and the accuracy of data acquisition is ensured; and meanwhile, the compensation lead is cut off and crimped at the same position for repair, so that the data acquisition accuracy can be improved when the temperature at the repaired position changes quickly. 本申请提供了一种飞机上的热电偶补偿导线的修理方法，包括：确定所述热电偶补偿导线的损伤位置；剪切所述热电偶补偿导线，使所述热电偶补偿导线的断面平齐；通过屏蔽压接头压接所述热电偶补偿导线。本申请的修理方法可以在修理后不破坏热电偶补偿导线作为传感器的连续性，保证了数据采集的准确性；同时由于补偿导线在同一位置截断压接修理，当修理处温度变化较快是可以对数据采集的准确性。
