A biosensor according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a sensing electrode layer disposed on the substrate and including a reaction electrode and a wiring connected to the reaction electrode; a spacer layer partially covering the substrate and the sensing electrode layer, and having an opening exposing the reaction electrode and a sample transfer flow path communicating with the opening to be connected to the outside; and a protective cover covering the spacer layer. The amount of sample required by the biosensor can be reduced and the sensing reliability can be improved. 根据本发明的示例性实施例的生物传感器包括：基板；感测电极层，其布置在基板上，且包括反应电极和与反应电极连接的布线；间隔层，其部分地覆盖基板和感测电极层，且具有暴露反应电极的开口部和与开口部连通以与外部连接的样本传送流路；以及保护盖，其覆盖间隔层。能够减少生物传感器的样本所需量且提高感测可靠性。
