The present disclosure relates to substituted imidazo [2, 1-b] oxazole, imidazo [2, 1-b] thiazole, imidazo [2, 1-b] oxadiazole, imidazo [2, 1-b] oxadiazole derivatives of compounds that are antagonists of orexin receptors and are useful in the treatment or prevention of neurological and psychiatric disorders and diseases in which or associated with orexin receptors.
