Summary:A method for preparing 7, 8-dihydroxyflavone relates to a preparation process of (3-pentylphenyl) acetic acid, and comprises the following steps: by taking pyrogallol as a raw material, carrying out Friedel-Crafts reaction with acetyl chloride to prepare 2, 3, 4-trihydroxyacetophenone, selectively protecting 3-and 4-hydroxyl groups by using benzyl chloride, carrying out esterification reaction on the unprotected 2-hydroxyl group and benzoyl chloride, and separating and purifying the 2, 3, 4-trihydroxyacetophenone to obtain 7, 8-dihydroxyflavone. And carrying out Baker-Venkatarman rearrangement, ring closing and debenzylation on an esterification product, so as to obtain the 8-dihydroxy flavone. 一种制备7，8-二羟基黄酮的方法涉及(3-戊基苯基)乙酸的制备工艺，以连苯三酚为原料，与乙酰氯进行付克反应制备2，3，4-三羟基苯乙酮，利用苄氯选择性保护3-位及4-位羟基，未保护的2-位羟基与苯甲酰氯进行酯化反应，酯化产物经Baker-Venkataraman重排、关环及脱苄得到8-二羟基黄酮。
