The bending device comprises a forming base, the forming base is provided with a fixing structure and a forming structure, the fixing structure is used for fixing part of the flexible circuit board, and the forming structure comprises a protruding part extending towards the outside of the forming base and an inner concave part concaved towards the inside of the forming base; and the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing block assembly, the pressing block assembly is arranged in a mode of being capable of moving relative to the forming structure, and when the pressing block assembly moves towards the forming base, the pressing block assembly is matched with the protruding part, and/or the pressing block assembly is matched with the inner concave part, so that the flexible circuit board is bent.
