The invention discloses a method for detecting 15 bile acids in serum, which comprises the following steps: 1) sample treatment: taking a to-be-detected sample, adding a precipitator into the to-be-detected sample, uniformly mixing by vortex, and centrifuging; taking supernate, blow-drying under nitrogen, redissolving by using a redissolving solution, carrying out vortex oscillation and centrifugation, and taking supernate as a test sample; wherein the reconstitution fluid is a mixed solution of acetonitrile and water; and 2) detecting the test sample by using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry equipment.
