Summary: | The invention discloses a piezoelectric-triboelectricity composite sensor based on a flexible porous PVDF-BTO film and a preparation method of the piezoelectric-triboelectricity composite sensor. The composite sensor adopts a PVDF-BTO nanofiber film and an elastic natural rubber film as a negative friction layer and a positive friction layer respectively; the bottom surface of the PVDF-BTO thin film and the upper surface of the natural rubber film are respectively pasted with a conductive adhesive tape as an electrode; preparing a porous composite film composed of a ferroelectric material BTO and a piezoelectric material PVDF by using an electrostatic spinning method; and the optimal doping content of the BTO is explored.
