The method provided by the invention can effectively synthesize various aryl nitrile compounds. 本发明涉及一种有机化合物的合成方法,具体地说涉及一种使用叔丁基异氰酸酯作为氰基化试剂,在镍的作用下合成腈类物质的方法,该方法以式Ⅰ所示的碘代苯类化合物和式Ⅱ所示的叔丁基异腈为原料,得到式Ⅲ所示的腈类化合物。本发明所述的溴化镍储量丰富、价格低廉,降低了反应成本,使用的叔丁基异腈毒性较低,降低生产难度,保护了生产人员的生命安全。本发明所述方法能有效合成各类芳基腈类化合物。
