Said device comprises position marking components even fully-burried underground, magnetic identifying body fitted on said components and capable of generating specific-frequency electromagnetic wave when effected by external magnetic-field, magnetic detector for detecting the specific frequency electromagnetic wave when effected by directional magnetic-field, and alarming device of identifying and notifying when electromagnetic strength increases, otherwise, it comprises storage device, read-out device and display device.
