The invention provides application of a composition in preparation of a medicine for treating diabetic gastroparesis. The composition comprises coptis chinensis, mangnolia officinalis, radix aucklandiae and rhizoma zingiberis. The composition can be prepared into anti-diarrheal dropping pills for application. For a DGP rat model, the curative effect of single use of the Huang-Thick antidiarrheal dropping pill is obviously superior to that of dry ginger, scutellaria baicalensis, coptis chinensis and ginseng soup, and is not inferior to that of single use of mosapride; and the improvement degree of the combination of the yellow and thick mosapride on the model animal is obviously higher than that of the combination of the berberine hydrochloride and the mosapride. 本发明提供一种组合物在制备治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫药物中的应用，所述的组合物中包括：黄连、厚朴、木香、干姜。所述的组合物可制备成黄厚止泻滴丸进行应用。对于DGP大鼠模型，单用黄厚止泻滴丸疗效明显优于干姜黄芩黄连人参汤，并且不劣于单用莫沙必利的疗效；而黄厚联合莫沙必利对模型动物的改善程度则明显高于盐酸小檗碱联合莫沙必利。
