Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to an establishment method of a nibea albiflora swim bladder cell line and application of the nibea albiflora swim bladder cell line in collagen synthesizing.The establishment method comprises the following steps that S1, the nibea albiflora swim bladder cell line is established through primary culture and subculture, and at present, 50 generations of the nibea albiflora swim bladder cell line are subcultured; and S2, incubating the cells by using a TGF-beta reagent, collecting the cells after 48 hours, and exploring the change of collagen related gene expression quantity and collagen content. Establishment of the nibea albiflora swim bladder cell line as an in-vitro model for researching a collagen synthesis mechanism and swim bladder nutrition regulation is very necessary, the blank in related fields is filled, and a new thought is provided for developing a method for improving the quality of swim bladders.
