Summary: | The invention relates to an optical fiber fixing structure and a laser device, which can keep the quality of a light beam emitted from an optical fiber to be the same and reduce the thickness of a reinforcing part compared with the prior art. An optical fiber fixing structure (1) is provided with: optical fibers (2a, 2b) in which a cladding removal section (I) is formed; a reinforcing member (3) in which a groove (32) having a pair of side walls (321, 322) and a bottom wall (323) is formed; and resin members (4a, 4b) that affix the coating removal section (I) to the side walls and the bottom walls (311-313). The cross-sectional shape of the bottom portion, which is a portion including the bottom wall (323), of the groove (32) is a trapezoidal shape in which the distance between the side walls (321, 322) increases as the distance from the bottom wall (323) increases.
