Summary: | The invention relates to a method for producing a one-component polyurethane dispersion comprising: a polyurethane containing hydroxyl groups and at least one group selected from acid groups and polyalkyleneoxy groups, the acid groups of the polyurethane, if present, being neutralized to the extent of 0 to 100 mol% of the acid groups; and a completely blocked polyisocyanate; the process comprises the steps of: producing a prepolymer comprising on average 1.8 to 2.8 isocyanate groups and comprising urethane groups and at least one group selected from acid groups and polyalkyleneoxy groups in the presence of a fully blocked polyisocyanate, thereby obtaining a mixture A; producing a polyurethane containing hydroxyl groups and at least one group selected from acid groups and polyalkyleneoxy groups by reacting a hydroxyl-functional polymer with the mixture A, thereby obtaining a mixture B; and neutralizing 0 to 100 mol% of acid groups based on the total amount of acid groups in the mixture B if the mixture B conta |
