The invention relates to a forwarding method based on independent task management service. The forwarding method comprises the following steps: acquiring a patient image shot by image equipment and related information of the patient image; generating a patient list based on the related information of the patient image; wherein the patient list is a list in which a forwarding task is recorded; sending the patient list to a task management server; analyzing and sending the patient image based on the patient list; updating a patient list in the task management server once when one forwarding task is completed every time; and after the forwarding server recovers from the crash state, checking the patient list in the task management server, and forwarding the image based on the patient list in the task management server.
