The invention relates to acrylic resin containing epoxy groups and ethylene urea groups as well as a preparation method and application of the acrylic resin. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparation of a monomer mixture, synthesis of epoxy acrylic resin and the like. The acrylic acid ethyl ethylene urea ester monomer and the acrylic acid glyceride monomer are introduced into the synthesized resin, so that the adhesive force and the corrosion resistance of the resin are improved.
