A reference voltage routing network matched with the interior of an analog-to-digital conversion chip is designed to provide reference voltage for analog-to-digital conversion circuits of multiple channels, so that the impedance of paths for receiving the reference voltage of the analog-to-digital conversion circuits is basically the same, the reference voltage received by the analog-to-digital conversion circuits is basically the same, and the analog-to-digital conversion chip is more stable. And the influence of the voltage drop on the reference voltage routing network on the reference voltage precision and the analog-to-digital conversion precision is reduced. Therefore, the precision of the analog-to-digital converter can be improved.
