Summary:The invention provides a preparation method of rare earth doped ZnAl2O4 nanocrystalline glass. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing base glass of the ZnAl2O4 nanocrystalline glass; the base glass is subjected to thermoelectric coupling, and in the thermoelectric coupling process, heating is conducted till glass nucleation is conducted, and then an electric field is applied in the devitrification stage.
