The invention provides an efficient flyback circuit for leakage inductance and a control method thereof. The circuit comprises a transformer, a main power module, a capacitor resonance module and a load module, a primary coil of the transformer and the main power module are connected in series between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of an alternating current power supply, the negative electrode of the alternating current power supply is grounded, and the capacitance resonance module is connected in parallel at two ends of the main power module; a secondary coil of the transformer is connected in series with the feedback module; the capacitance resonance module comprises a resonant capacitor, and the resonant capacitor is used for absorbing leakage inductance energy of the primary coil and feeding back the leakage inductance energy to the secondary coil; through the capacitor resonance circuit, the time sequence is controlled according to the resonance period, so that the ground leakage inductanc
