The invention discloses a salt-spray-corrosion-resistant preparation method for pure iron. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a pure iron workpiece is subjected to oil removal, cleaning and blow-drying treatment; (2) the deoiled and cleaned workpiece is put into a preheating furnace to be preheated; (3) the preheated pure iron workpiece is put into a nitriding furnace for carbonitriding; (4) air cooling; (5) quenching; and (6) soaking and desalting.
