The invention provides an online monitoring method for a fan gear box. The method comprises the following steps: heating gear box lubricating oil; carrying out defoaming treatment on the heated gear box lubricating oil; cooling the gear box lubricating oil subjected to defoaming treatment; and carrying out two-way detection on the cooled gear box lubricating oil. According to the invention, the particle pollution of the oil liquid can be rapidly and timely monitored; the change conditions of micro water, viscosity, total acid value, oxidation value and additives in the gear box lubricating oil can be rapidly monitored by utilizing the mid-infrared sensor; and the detection precision of the mid-infrared sensor is improved through modeling. 本发明提供了一种风机齿轮箱在线监测方法，所述方法包括：将齿轮箱润滑油进行加热；将加热后的齿轮箱润滑油进行消泡处理；把经过消泡后的齿轮箱润滑油进行降温处理；将降温后的齿轮箱润滑油分别进行两路检测。实现快速及时的对油液的颗粒污染进行监测；利用中红外传感器可快速监测齿轮箱润滑油中微水、粘度、总酸值、氧化值、添加剂的变化情况；通过建模提高中红外传感器的检测精度。
